suspension Clamps are used to hang conductor or ground wire though insulators or link fitting to tower arms or substation structures.the clamps are made of malleable iron aluminium alloy.

classify:U-bolt supension (XGU),  the Clamp body and keeper are melleablle iron,though two piece of U-bolt(u)9 impact keepert to fix conductor in clamp body which is composed of clevis (clevis come from two piece of armor plate' pressing) .so as to turning aqilitily ,clevis is be mounted on the two side of clamp body ,clamps' axis of rotation and conductor should be in the same axes.clevis  and body'swing angle should not be bigger than 45°. suspension clamps(U-bolt )qrip is rather big,so suit to mount AL-conductor and ACSR which  section is not big.,when mounting,the conductoe may be wound by aluminium tape(1×10MM,layer1-2)
